2.Product Structure

What products do you have?

Uniwell Bio takes soybean extract and polygonum cuspidatum extract as the leading products, andrographis extract, phellodendron extract, epimedium extract, olive extract and other products with production advantages in Sichuan as the supplement, together to form the product structure of a fighter model.
Our production of soybean extract is the expansion and progress of the original experience, and we are also the largest soybean extract production enterprises in China. The management team has more than 20 years of production and sales experience in this product.

Terms and Details of Cooperation

1.Payment Terms, Price Fluctuation

What payment terms and methods do you support and why the price of the product fluctuates?

Samples & Sample Orders: We provide samples for testing and charge for samples in excess of quantity. Charged samples and sample orders are required to be delivered after payment.
First Cooperation: We require payment in advance for the first cooperation of customers.
Long-term Customers: For small orders of less than 1000 yuan, delivery will be made upon receipt of payment. For long-term customers, our financial department has a hierarchical account period, the longest is no more than 90 days.
Payment Terms: There are different credit lines for different customers, generally 30-90 days account period.

2.Packaging, Shipment Port, Transportation Cycle, Lading

How do you avoid damage to your products?

Conventional Packing: Cardboard drums or whole paper drums packaging, drum size is Ø380mm*H540mm. Inner packing is the double medical plastic bag with a white plastic cable tie. The outer packing seal is lead seal or white transparent tape seal. The package is used to hold 25KG.
Package Size: Whole paper drum ( Ø290mm*H330mm, up to 5kg)

Iron ring drum ( Ø380mm*H550mm, up to 25kg)
( Ø450mm*H650mm, up to 30kg or low density products 25kg)

Means of transportation: 3 ways in domestic transportation which are logistics, express and air transport. International transportation ways are by air and sea, mainly from Ningbo, Tianjin, Beijing and Shanghai ports.
Storage condition: Keep sealed at room temperature away from light, valid for 24 months.
Protection meaures: Using woven bags outside of the drums in the domestic transport; International transport using pallets and stretch film.
Transportation cycle: By Sea- The products will be put into the warehouse within a week if there is stock, the shipping cycle will be about 3 weeks; By Air- Normally the flight will be arranged within a week after the order is placed.

3.About OEM

Do you support OEM orders and how long is the delivery time?

Sample delivery: Regular samples before 3:00pm on weekdays can be delivered on the same day otherwise will be delivered the next day.
Sample Quantity: 20 g/ bag for free.
OEM processing: We accept orders for special specification products such as low plasticizer, low solvent residual, low PAH4, low benzoic acid soy isoflavones. The minimum order quantity of low benzoic acid soybean isoflavones is 10KG at present and the delivery time is 10 days. Other OEM products need to differentiate the processing cycle according to the products.
Inventory: Soybean isoflavones, assay of 5% - 90% are all in stock. The standing stock is: 5% 2MT, 40% 2MT, 40% low plasticizer 500KG, 40% low solvent residual 500KG, 40% low PAH4 500KG, 80% 200KG, 90% 100KG.
Delivery time: For products with regular stocks, the delivery time is 2 days. For those goods with no stocks may need mixing and testing time, especially the microbial detection cycle is long, so normally the delivery time is 7 days.

Regional Market Requirements:
USA: Non-Irradiated, Non-GMO, solvent residual< 5000PPM.
Europe: Non-Irradiation, Non-GMO, PAH4< 50PPB, solvent residual (methanol< 10PPM, no methyl acetate detected, total solvent residual< 5000PPM).
Japan and South Korea: Non-Irradiation, Non-GMO, solvent residual< 5000PPM, benzoic acid< 15PPM.

5.After-sales Service

How does your company provide after-sales service?

When the factory finds that the product is unqualified or unsafe, the Product Recall Management Procedure in the quality management system will be initiated. When the customer raises an objection to the product, factory self-inspection or the third party retest will be carried out to confirm whether the product is unsafe or does not meet the requirements. If a defective product is confirmed, initiate the recall procedure as unsafe product. When no abnormality is found in the third party test, communicate with the customer to unify the test method and negotiate the subsequent matters.

2.Sustainability of raw materials

How do you control the quality of raw materials?

The raw materials of our company are all from Non-GM soybean production areas in Heilongjiang, China. We will regularly test the raw materials and have relevant quality standards.

3.Transgenic Factor

Are your products non-genetically modified?

Soybean is an allergenic product, and special attention should be paid to non-GM. China imports 60% of its soybeans, most of them are genetically modified (GM) products. All the raw materials purchased by our company are from non-GM soybeans in Heilongjiang producing area. All the suppliers have non-GM system (IP) and have passed the Non-GMO certification.
Our company has also established the relevant system, and passed the Non-GMO certification.
